President Asif Ali Zardari has advised Ministry of Information and Media Development and Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation to bear all expenses on medical treatment of mother of renowned Alghoza Player Akbar Khamiso Khan (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz). She is widow of illustrious artist late Khamiso Khan who was holder of Sitara-e-Imtiaz and President’s Pride of Performance for his outstanding achievements.
Immediate financial assistance amounting to Rs. 50,000/- has also been provided for meeting Sundry expenses. A cheque in this regard was delivered to Akbar Khamiso Khan.
